Luke Dalton

Luke Dalton

Luke has been litigating personal injury cases for over a decade and a half.  Prior to joining Goldblatt + Singer, Luke spent over 11 years with an insurance defense firm in Belleville, Illinois, handling cases all over Southern Illinois and the St. Louis metro area.  Since then, he has been prosecuting wrongful death, product liability, premise liability and personal injury cases on behalf of injured plaintiffs in the St. Louis metro area and throughout the country.

For over 11 years as a civil defense attorney, Luke litigated against some of the area’s best plaintiff’s lawyers, where he gained a wealth of knowledge and inspiration.  This, along with his upbringing in a working-class family in Southern Illinois, propelled him to switch sides to represent injured plaintiffs and our clients here at Goldblatt + Singer.

Attorney at Goldblatt + Singer
