Sandy’s passion for HR stems from her desire to support employees and align HR strategies with business goals. For the past 12 years she has been an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which allows her to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in mentoring employees, helping them advance their careers, and shaping a workplace environment where people feel valued and motivated.
A Collinsville, IL native, Sandy holds a degree from McKendree University. Outside of work, she has a passion for cars, traveling, decorating, and—above all—spending quality time with her family. When she’s not at the firm, you can often find her attending car shows and racing events in the St. Louis area.
