Prior to working for injured people and their families, Justin spent five years handling complex insurance defense litigation, learning the tricks of the trade the insurance carriers and defense bar employ to limit the recovery of deserving individuals. Justin continues to use that information to the benefit of his clients, ensuring the interests of these individuals are protected against the unfair tactics and advantages of the multi-billion-dollar insurance industry.

Justin has extensive litigation experience in the state courts of Missouri and Illinois, as well as the federal courts of Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Oklahoma. Justin has handled all stages of litigation from pre-suit investigations and negotiations through trial and appeal. Justin’s most recent trial resulted in a $9.34 million dollar verdict for his client in a denied liability case where the insurance company’s last pre-trial offer was $25,000.00.

A published legal author who is passionate about the law, Justin also has written and lectured on litigating uninsured and underinsured motorist claims in Missouri and Illinois.
