For nearly two decades, Jason has litigated serious injury and catastrophic accident cases in Missouri, Illinois, and throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining Goldblatt + Singer, Jason spent over 15 years with a prominent insurance and commercial transportation defense firm, working for local and national insurance companies defending personal injury claims.
After years of working for insurance companies and defending trucking companies and truck drivers against personal injury lawsuits, Jason decided to dedicate his practice to fighting for those injured due to the negligence of others.
With his prior experience and background, Jason brings invaluable insight into the strategies and tactics used by insurance companies when evaluating, negotiating settlements, and defending serious injury claims. During his years of defending trucking companies in tractor-trailer accident lawsuits, Jason gained extensive experience with commercial motor vehicles, trucking companies, and the laws they must follow. He gained even further knowledge and experience by graduating from truck driving school and obtaining his Class-A Commercial Driver’s License. The knowledge and insider information obtained while working for insurance companies and trucking companies makes Jason an exceptional advocate for his injured clients and allows him to maximize the results of those injured. Jason is a highly meticulous litigator who thrives by taking an aggressive yet pragmatic approach to each client’s case. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Missouri – Columbia, Jason obtained a law degree from St. Louis University School of Law in 2003. Jason is licensed in Missouri, Illinois and numerous Federal and Appellate Courts. Born and raised in Missouri, Jason lives in St. Louis with his wife Kelly and their three children.
