Taking Immediate Action is Important
It is important to act quickly if you or a loved one has been involved in a truck accident, whether the accident concerns a tractor trailer, an 18-wheeler, big rig or other commercial truck.
As soon as a commercial truck is involved in a collision, the trucking company is notified, and will usually head to the accident scene immediately.
Experienced defendants, such as national trucking companies know this. They also are very adept at how they should act immediately following an accident so that their liability will be minimized.
