Supporting Hope and Healing: Goldblatt + Singer’s Summer Philanthropy Initiative

At Goldblatt + Singer, serving our community has always meant more than just representing clients in the courtroom. For nearly 80 years, we’ve been committed to standing beside individuals and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and that commitment extends beyond the walls of our office.

This summer, our team came together to vote on a local organization to support through our annual philanthropy initiative. The choice was unanimous: Refuge4Kids.

Refuge4Kids is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children and their caregivers heal from the trauma of abuse, neglect, and violence through trauma-informed counseling, caregiver support, and education. By providing these services at no cost to families, Refuge4Kids helps children build resilience, find hope, and create brighter futures.

To support their mission, our Goldblatt + Singer team assembled more than 100 summer fun bags filled with activities and items designed to bring joy to children participating in the program. While the bags may seem like a small gesture, we know that moments of fun, comfort, and normalcy can make a meaningful difference for children navigating difficult circumstances.

As personal injury attorneys, we understand that trauma affects every aspect of a person’s life. Although our work often focuses on helping clients recover physically and financially after serious injuries, we also recognize the importance of emotional healing and the strength that comes from a supportive community. That’s why organizations like Refuge4Kids are so vital – they provide children and families with the tools and support they need to begin healing and move forward with hope.

We’re incredibly proud of our team for coming together to support such an impactful organization, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that has trusted Goldblatt + Singer for generations.
