A four-vehicle crash on Tuesday morning along northbound Interstate 270 has injured two women and a woman. Kirkwood police said it wasn’t immediately clear what caused the crash, but that a tractor-trailer pinned a car against the median, and another car and van were involved as well.

A 22-year-old St. Charles man has been arrested after a passenger in his minivan was killed following a DUI crash in Maryland Heights on Tuesday. He was driving the minivan on the highway when he hit the back of another car and overturned several times.
