Shaun Falvey

Known within the legal community as a tough and effective litigator, Shaun has been honored by Missouri Lawyers Weekly as the Plaintiff’s attorney with the Most Reported Wins, as well as the Most Reported Settlements in the State of Missouri.

Shaun’s litigation experience includes state and federal courts throughout Missouri and Illinois, Missouri and Illinois Courts of Appeal, the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court. Shaun also serves as a presiding Arbitrator for the State of Illinois. During the course of his legal career he has previously represented several Fortune 500 companies, and now represents individuals in personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and product liability matters as well as other litigation.

For the last decade, Shaun has assisted the Washington University School of Law Trial Team as a volunteer coach. He has earned a membership in the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 organization. Shaun has served as a Barrister in the Theodore McMillian Inns of Court Society, an organization of lawyers and judges dedicated to advocating for the highest professional standards in the practice of law. Shaun earned his B.A. from Creighton University in 2000 Magna Cum Laude. In 2003, Shaun received his Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law. Shaun lives in St. Louis with his wife, Melissa, and their three children.
