For the past 24 years, Bill Holland has partnered with the victims and families of serious and fatal injury accidents in Missouri and Illinois. After handling thousands of cases, he knows personal injury law. Before his work at Goldblatt Singer, he began his career by working on behalf of insurance companies. After seeing too many injury victims get an unfair shake, he decided that working for accident victims and their families was his true calling.
Since then, Bill has tried to verdict 39 jury trials and has successfully recovered 21 million-dollar plus settlements. He is consistently recognized as a Missouri Kansas “Super Lawyer,” which is an award given to only the top 5% of practicing attorneys in each state. Bill is AV® Peer Rated by Martindale-Hubble®, the highest rating given to attorneys for both legal ability and ethics. He is a National Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Trial Lawyer™. Throughout his career, Bill has often appeared on television, strongly advocating for his clients and speaking more generally about personal injury law on KSDK, KMOV and Fox2News.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he served on the Journal of Dispute Resolution Law Review. Bill received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri School of Journalism and graduated from St. Louis University High School. He was elected by his peers to serve as a member of the Board of Governors for the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis for three terms and continues to be active in local and national bar associations. Bill is a lifelong resident of Webster Groves, and he and his wife Julie have three children.
